Coach Bobby Knight & Fly Fishing
MR

Coach Bobby Knights spends the evening in Bozeman with 500 guides and outfitters from around the US at Simms 3rd annual Ice Out Guide Event.  After fishing for the day on the Yellowstone river with Simms Ambassador, Dave McKee, Coach Knight shared with the crowd at the Willson Auditorium some of his favorite moments as a lifelong fly fisherman as well as what it was like to be the coach for the 1984 Gold Medal Olympic Basketball Team.  We were all treated to a surprise when Coach related a story where he was pulled over for speeding in nowhere's-ville Wyoming and ended up not only getting out of the ticket, but flyfishing with the Patrolman the next day---And that same WY Patrolman was in the crowd!
