Guided trips are inclusive of transportation to and from the river with the guide from the fly shop, all flies for the guide trip, patient and professional guide instruction, an excellent streamside lunch, all nonalcoholic beverages, and as much fun as you can have while immersing yourself in the wilds of Montana. Half-day trips include everything above but streamside lunch.
*Personal fishing gear, leaders or other terminal tackle items, a valid MT or YNP fishing license, private water access fees, YNP entrance fee (if applicable) and/or Guide Gratuities are not included in guide trip price.
If you do not have your own fishing gear, not to worry, there is rental & demo rod/reel or waders/boot setups available at the fly shop for a reasonable daily rental rate. Please ask about our rental rates at the time of making your reservation.
Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Booking: To guarantee your reservation, a 50% deposit per day, per guide booked is required. Package trips that include lodging and/or other special circumstances also require a deposit of 50% of trip total. Trip deposits are payable by personal check only with 21 days or more time before your trip dates and the deposit must be received within 7 days time of making your reservation. Without receiving your check payment, your dates are NOT guaranteed any further and will be released. If you prefer, your trip deposit can be paid by either Visa, Master Card, or AMEX. We will charge the 50% deposit at the time of making your reservation. Last minute trips that are booked within 48 hours of a guided trip's departure date will be subject to full payment for the guide fees at the time of making the reservation. No exceptions. At the time of receiving deposit payment, we will email you a deposit receipt, reservation confirmation as well as trip itinerary.
Payment: for guided trips as well as incidental expenses is expected no later than the final day of your trip. You may pay with cash, personal checks, traveler's checks, Visa, Master card, or AMEX. All private water rod fees, gratuities, as well as any other additional charges for rental equipment, fly shop purchases, etc. may be added to your trip billing and will be reflected on your final invoice.
Cancellation: Angler's West is not responsible for inclement weather conditions, airline schedules, illness, water conditions, or car rentals. If you have to cancel your guided trip, your deposit may be refunded if you provide us with written notice at least 30 days or more prior to your trip. Cancellation of a trip with or without a written notification less than 30 days before scheduled date(s), and the deposit is nonrefundable. Cancellations received within 24 hours of scheduled departure or "No-Shows" will result in full payment of the trip. No exceptions.
