Simms Custom Shop Program

Ever wanted a set of waders that are customized specifically for you? Through their new Custom Shop Program, Simms is now giving you the chance to have just that. By choosing from a range of available options including custom bootfoot, stockingfoot, extended size range, as well as custom accessories, you can now create a pair of waders with a true custom feel. Simms’ ability to offer such a program is directly tied to the fact that they manufacture all of their waders right here in Bozeman, Montana.

Through the use of the Muck Wetland Boot for their custom bootfoot program, Simms has created a line of bootfoot waders that truly deliver comfort and performance. These boots have an Airmesh boot liner and contoured footbeds for increased comfort on those long days on the water. They also have the ability to withstand temperatures down to 20 degrees below zero for winter waterfowl trips or early season days chasing trout. By offering the bootfoot option on eight different wader models, Simms can also claim the distinction of having the largest bootfoot offering of anyone in the market.

Simms’ has offered a custom stockingfoot option for many years. Through this program, customers can have any of Simms’ stock size neoprene stockingfeet affixed to the wader upper that best fits their physique (rather than having to put up with ill fitting stockingfoot). For increased durability, wear resistance and comfort, Simms uses high density neoprene stockingfeet that feature an hour glass seam design and are anatomicallyshaped for a right and left foot.

To further meet the needs of their customers, Simms is also offering an extended range of sizes. Prior to offering this program Simms already had the largest size range in the industry, however with the addition of eight size options in men’s waders and four in women’s, they are even better equipped to meet the specific sizing needs of their customers.
To finish off your “custom” waders you can also select from a range of add-on accessories. The options available include; the Simms Super Fly Patch, retractor docking station, and Tippet Tender pocket. An additional option is the ability to add a hand warmer pocket to the Women’s G3 waders.
