OK, so there really is more than just one river in the area that I consider worthy of windshield time during Montana's untraditional trout season -winter. The MO's got it going for sure. Pick the right day and you may be amazed.....picked the wrong day and you'll be asking yourself why you drove that far for nothin'. Personally, I'd try to find the days that are supposed to be overcast and without a major pressure change. Big fronts tend to get the wind really whipping up there!!
