We ship via US Postal Priority with Delivery Confirmation as we have found it to be fast, reliable, and less costly, but we can use UPS Ground, blue label two day service, or overnight  at your request.   Shipping charges do apply for orders $125.00 and less or sale items and will be added to your product total and billed accordingly.
