Thomas Moore

Growing up hunting and fishing North Carolina’s coastal plains, Thomas had long dreamed of venturing West.

When he received his acceptance letter from Montana State University, his dreams were fulfilled. After being exposed to the fly fishing, hunting, and skiing Montana has to offer, Thomas fell in love with the Western lifestyle.

During the summer of 2018, Thomas lived and worked on the Missouri river at the Trout Shop before transferring school back closer to his family at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, NC. He knew, however, that every summer should be spent chasing trout and vowed to return to Montana.

In the summer of 2019, Thomas joined the Angler's West crew and greatly advanced his knowledge on all things fly fishing. In the shop or on the water, he is sure to display his knowledge of equipment, light-hearted personality, and conscientiousness. We are excited for Thomas to return for his second season with the Angler’s West team.
